Russkoye Pole festival

809.ru brings together in one place the festivals, exhibitions, forums and educational programmes held under Decree no. 809 — with dates, cities and organisers.
Traditional values in action: Russia's first navigator through the events that bring people together.
The platform works for five audiences at once. An organiser posts a project and gains reach. A region sees what neighbours are already doing. A newsroom gets a ready story and a speaker. A grant-maker sees where the money goes and what came of it. A reader simply finds somewhere to go on Saturday.
The categories come from clause 5 of Decree no. 809: a list of 17 traditional values. The same list serves as navigation through the catalogue.
An event card, a place in the listings, an announcement on MAX and Telegram, a link to registration. Moderation takes two working days.
What is already being held in the region and across the country, under which value, by whom and when. Export by district, value and period.
Verified dates, press office contacts, photographs and quotes. Subscribe to announcements a week before an event.
Filter by city, date and theme. Free entry or ticketed — visible in the card at once.
Seventeen categories — exactly those listed in the Decree. Every event in the catalogue is tied to at least one. Tap a line to filter the listings.

On the site this is an interactive map: a click on a district opens its listings and the list of organisers.
The site is the database and the archive. MAX is speed. Telegram is analysis and discussion. One piece of material lives in all three formats.
Announcements a week ahead and on the day, short round-ups, photographs from the venues. 5–7 posts a day.
Longer pieces about projects: how they work, who runs them, how many people came. Plus photo albums and clips.
The catalogue, the categories, the map, interviews and an archive by year. Everything needed to find a project two years after it was held.
«For twelve years we collected letters from attics. It turned out that this is the main exhibit — not the medals but the handwriting».
Once a week, a long conversation with someone who makes a project with their own hands: a curator, a director, the head of a house of culture.
Together with libraries: what is borrowed in 20 regions and how it relates to programmes built around the values.
Short vertical films from the venues — our own crew plus material from the organisers.
An annual selection of the best projects across the 17 categories. Entries through the organiser's account.
Venues reopen after the summer, the single voting day, the first forums. The peak of submissions from organisers.
9 November 2026 is the fourth anniversary of the Decree and the date of the platform's public launch: the year's results, a map of projects, the announcement of the award.
The submission period at the presidential culture fund. We publish explainers, deadlines and requirements — the most-read material of the season.
Concerts, exhibitions, theatre, business events. The emphasis falls on announcements in the largest cities.
Two big occasions in a row: special categories, live reporting, partner material.
The fund's results and the start of the open-air festivals. The point at which we measure the effect of the pilot.
The Council works on a non-commercial basis: it approves the development strategy, provides expertise on particular questions, considers contested submissions and supports the project in the media. Its membership is being formed.
Fill in five fields. A moderator will check the dates and the venue and come back to you within two working days. The selection criteria: how well the concept is worked out, the organiser's reputation, openness of information, clear conditions of attendance, verifiable figures and the presence of media support.
We will check the dates and the venue and come back within two working days. If anything is missing we will write and say what to add.
